Yes, it’s focus. With well-developed focus you can learn every other skill efficiently.
With strong focus, you can do your tasks with less time and stress.
On the other hand, if you can’t focus, you can spend a lot of time, but don’t seem to get anything done. When you notice your inefficiency, it leads to procrastination and the vicious cycle is ready.
Along with time, you focus is the most valuable asset you have. Or maybe we should say you either have it — or you don’t.
By focus, I mean the skill of concentrating your attention to a task of your choosing.
